Let the games begin!

This is a community page for us to share our challenges, victories, frustrations, ideas, recipes, etc. towards a healthier and happier family.

I wanted to just take an opportunity to be a cheerleader for a small moment. We can do it, peeps. I know all of us would like to be healthier and more active. Let's do it as a team!! I really believe each of us has so much potential within us.

Let's go for it!!

  1. YES,YES,YES!!!I'm for it Anne-I need it more than most so I am on. I will be signing up for more physical therapy exercising tomorrow. Great goal for Valentines? Yes I want to be a beautiful Valentine like most of you. I hope you all have a great day and if you are not in a romantic relationship that you will find someone to cheer up or serve and then the day will be a great one. I love you all XOXOXO MOM

  2. I'm so in! let's do this! I have lots of good ideas for calorie counting...I have a great app for my iphone but once you get in the habit of calorie counting and actually reading labels, it's easy to know what's important and what you can live without!

  3. I'm in too!!! I need to stop eating candy and sweets all the time... We're talking everyday here. My poor kidneys aren't going to stand for this forever- but I can't seem to stop. Plus there's the exercise thing which I can't seem to commit to longterm. I can get a few good days here and there but I need more. There's a statistic that says if you don't exercise regularly then by the age of 70 you will loose 80% of your mobility. I want to make exercise a habit now. Help me? Anyone?
